Mikayla Sullivan, IAAS Regional Director of the Americas, and her team participated at the Thought For Food Challenge in Lisbon with the project KinoSol. A detachable mobile solar dehydrator that dries food for consumption and sale, and has mylar-lined storage to extend shelf life.
