After working on several farms in Norway, Hugo and Marielle decided that it was time for their own farm. They found a place on Lofoten Islands where they initiated their goat dairy farm. They now produce their own cheese, have a farmshop, run a schoolprogram and use innovative strategies to increase the fertility of their soils!
