It has been often said that an apple does not fall far away from the tree and this seems to hold true for Esther Ndichu. Her grandparents were farmers, her parents are farmers and she is one too. Just like her parents, she is a farmer but farming differently.
Emily Ongus got into farming by sheer chance; she was born and raised in Nairobi. A mix up of her university course had her studying agriculture instead of engineering and while she was initially upset, she now she says it’s the best thing that ever happened to her.
