Climate Tracker is organizing a global series of journalism workshops to help writers publish articles and/or produce films on climate change. Selected candidates will be participate in workshops, seminars, and personal training led by some of the world’s best media trainers and climate communicators. There are different competitions in different regions, on different topics of climate change, and with different application deadlines. The priority is for applications from writers under age 30. For each workshop, Climate Tracker offers fellowships or partial fellowships to the selected participants. The competition to participate in COP23 in Germany has deadlines (varying by topics) on 31 July, 31 August, and 30 September 2017. The other deadlines are as follows: Southeast Asia, 11 July; Middle East and North Africa, 19 July; Latin America, 21 July; Ethiopia, 06 August; Indonesia, 07 August; and South Asia, 10 August. Link
