The theme of this year's edition is "Women Entrepreneurs Innovate for Agricultural Transformation in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific". The competition is open to young entrepreneurs, women and men, from ACP countries, owners of start-ups which provide ICT services for the agri-food sector.
