Have you previously participated in a YIL activity and would like to work more closely with the YIL team to organize and deliver future events?

Do you have a demonstrated commitment and/or leadership to advancing sustainability for our landscapes and communities? (rights, climate change, land management, agriculture, oceans, food, forests and more!)

YIL is starting the year with some news! We are opening 5 Project teams:

Partnership and growth: are you the person who always knows everyone at a party, hates jargon and loves telling stories? Then this is the project team for you! This team will engage with potential partners of YIL as well as seek funding opportunities!

Social media and outreach: This is your project team if you don’t miss the opportunity to share posts on social media and if you enjoy creating engaging material! This team will support the youth social media consultant to create content for YIL social media, as well as make sure to share all activities with their network!

Event development (GLF Africa and GLF Glasgow): This team will be responsible for designing and developing projects related to two of the main GLF events in 2021: GLF Africa and GLF Glasgow. If you enjoy brainstorming and have a creative mind, this is the perfect project team for you!

Event development (GLF Amazon): This team will be responsible for designing and developing projects related to one of the main GLF events in 2021: GLF Amazon. If you enjoy brainstorming, have a creative mind, and if you are from the Amazon area or are an expert on the topic, this is the perfect project team for you!

Program development: Events are not your passion but you still enjoy creating new programs? The program development team will create and run long-term programs throughout the whole 2021!

Please notice that project teams members will get a free entrance to the event they help shaping, as well as a volunteering certificate. Please also notice that participation to all GLF events is only digital and does not include traveling.
