Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.
Interning as a Communication specialist you will:
- Responsibilities for Internal communications Intern
- Help creating and distributing comms materials
- Help organize online comms events
- Manage and update the organization social platform
- Assist in internal marketing and promotional activities for the organization
- Help with the planning and hosting of online / on the premises events
- Monitor all enterprise social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
What should you know / have:
- Qualifications for internal comms Intern
- Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
- Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a passion for internal PR / comms
What will you do / learn:
- Improve your knowledge with platforms like Yammer, SharePoint etc.
