The YPARD Charter defines the scope, rules and the roles of YPARD, the Young Professionals for Agricultural Development previously Young Professionals Platform for Agricultural Research for Development. This second version of the Charter is approved by the YPARD Steering Committee (SC), on behalf of the YPARD constituency, and incorporates some suggestions made by the external review of 2014. It hopes to incorporate the vision and spirit of young professionals from all over the globe who voiced their concerns and needs in
various founding meetings that led to the shaping of YPARD.
