The annual "Cracking the Nut Conference" is an international learning event for sustainably building the world’s rural and agricultural markets. Themes for the 2016 conference are regenerating rural and agricultural landscapes; financing environmentally sustainable development; and encouraging investment in climate-smart agriculture. Selected presentations will be given complimentary conference admission for up to two presenters. Participation from female presenters is encouraged. There are a limited number of travel scholarships available for African presenters traveling from Africa. The deadline for proposals is 04 September 2015.
