In partnership with Cambodia's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, the EC calls for proposals that will support awareness raising and discussion of agriculture and rural development policy at the sub-national level in Cambodia. Related objectives are to build the capacity of civil society organizations in agriculture, and to improve networking among them.
