Webinar: “Youth in agriculture at COP27”

Are you a young person who wants to better understand UNFCCC and COP processes and how you can actively engage and influence them?

Join the second of a series of webinars on “Empowering youth in agriculture to engage in UNFCCC and COP processes” organized by FAO and YOUNGO in collaboration with the World Food Forum.

This webinar is supported by the FAO Climate Change Knowledge Hub and will help young people interested in agriculture-related COP processes to better understand how to be involved in agriculture at COP. It will also explain the role of Parties, Groups of Parties and Observers; the types of documents in the negotiation process; and how decisions are written.

For this version of the Webinar series, YPARD Director, Genna Tesdall will share her knowledge on Youth in Agriculture.

The webinar will take place on 22 June 2022 (14:00 -15:30 CEST/ Rome time).
