The online workshop will focus on building participants’ critical knowledge and skills of certain AI tools, enhancing their ability to access and apply the KCOA platform and its digital resources, and supporting hands-on curation and adaptation of agroecological practices. Two online sessions will be delivered, one for 40 Anglophone participants and the other for 40 Francophone speakers, with a target of training a total of 80 individuals. Participants were chosen competitively from an applicant pool of over 900 applicants, and include early-career professionals, youth leaders, researchers, extension workers, and practitioners. To facilitate this training, a panel composed of all partners have appointed two exceptional trainers: Dr. Ajayi Ademola and Bebel Nguepi. Both trainers possess extraordinary skills and expertise in agroecology and AI tools that advance agroecology and organic agriculture.
